The Loud Hour

One hour in. A month of noise out.

Normally this takes a strategist, a scriptwriter, a videographer, an editor and an ads manager — five invoices that never talk to each other. Here it’s one team, one system. You put in an hour; a machine puts out a month.

The old way

Your marketing to-do list

  • Write the ad ideas
  • Book a videographer & studio
  • Check compliance
  • Edit it into 30 posts
  • Set up & run the ads
  • Read the results, pick winners

We do it all. You film for one hour.

The trade
  1. We check what's working.

We look at last month's videos and ads and see what got attention and what got appointments. That decides what we make next — not guesswork.

  2. We write your scripts.

Short scripts, written for you, in your voice, based on what worked. Compliance-checked before you see a camera.

  3. You film for one hour.

Once a month, on your phone. We tell you exactly what to say and how to say it. One hour, done.

  4. We turn it into 30 pieces of content.

20 videos and 10 images from that one hour — for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and your ads. Edited by the same people who wrote the scripts, so nothing gets lost.

  5. We run your ads and watch them.

Ads that don't work get switched off. Ads that do get more money. We judge everything on one thing: appointments booked in your diary.

What we learn this month writes next month's scripts — and the loop starts again.

Nothing goes out untested.

New ads go out every week. The duds get switched off, the winners get more money, and what we learn writes next month's scripts. Your marketing keeps getting smarter — while everyone else keeps guessing.

Our own first case study

I spent $200k learning what not to do.

First, I did what everyone tells you to do.

I run a buyers agency. When it was time to market it, I hired the experts and paid the invoices. One agency had leads absolutely pouring in — 60 a week, $30 a pop, celebration email every Friday. Sounds like winning, right? I rang every single one. Tyre-kickers, wrong numbers, people who’d forgotten they ever filled in a form. Another charged $45k for “prospecting” and couldn’t point to a single thing it produced.

Here’s what that era actually looked like — next to what we run now. Judge it yourself.

The receipts

What everyone thinks works vs what actually books calls.

What everyone thinks works

Agency-made. Studio cameras, polished sets, download-a-guide funnels. Looked like a bank ad. Performed like one.

$10k/month agencies · same ads for 3 months · ~790 leads · 1 client · $45k of “prospecting” with nothing to show

What actually performs

Filmed on a phone by my girlfriend. Stills made in Canva. Real numbers, real properties, straight to a 15-minute call.

~$130 per qualified application · 350 applications and counting · 30 new pieces a month, filmed in an hour

The ad-fatigue problem, fixed.

790 PAID “LEADS.” 1 CLIENT.

789 of the 790 went nowhere. The leads looked cheap — the one real client cost five figures. That’s why we will never sell you “cheap leads.”

$31 looks like the winner — those are the leads that never bought. Cheap leads aren’t cheap. Qualified is the only number that matters.

Figures from our own Meta ad account, Oct 2023 – Sep 2026. Your results depend on your offer, your patch and your follow-up.

Then I counted what all that money actually bought.

790 paid “leads” → just 1 client

Read that again. We paid for 790 people’s details. 789 of them went nowhere.

Every dot is a lead we paid for. That one became a client — a 0.13% strike rate.

The agencies kept celebrating how cheap the leads were. But cheap leads that never become clients aren’t cheap — one real client ended up costing me five figures. That’s the trap: cheap leads are the most expensive thing you can buy.

The business I needed didn’t exist. So I built it.

I wanted one team that made the content and ran the ads, judged on one number: clients signed. I looked everywhere — nobody did both properly. So I spent the next two years and over $200k all-in figuring it out myself. My face, my phone, my ad account. Film, test, kill the losers, feed the winners — every week, until the machine worked.

“Our cost per qualified application is around $130–150, in a space where competitors sit closer to $500. The business went from 100% referral to half our new clients coming from Meta — without the referrals dropping.”

So I built the business I couldn’t find. Loud Neighbour is that engine — run for you.

Built for the people clients trust with money.

Mortgage Brokers

Stop paying for the same leads every other broker buys. Put your own face out there and book borrowers who already trust you.

Accountants

Nobody switches accountants — until one keeps showing up in their feed, answering the exact questions they were about to google. Be that accountant.

People buy from faces, not logos.

If it isn't tested, it's a guess.

One hour is enough.

Fair questions.

How much of my time does it take?

One hour a month on camera, a 20-minute check-in each fortnight, and a monthly report you can read in five. The whole point is that you run your business while we run your marketing.

What if I'm terrible on camera?

Everyone thinks that. You get scripts, a teleprompter setup and live direction — you're reading, not performing. And the slightly imperfect founder-shot style outperforms polished agency video anyway. That's the model.

I'm an accountant, not an influencer — will this really work?

That's exactly why it works: your competitors are invisible. Short, plain-English answers to the questions clients google — tax, structures, deductions — make you the obvious choice before they call around. No dancing, no trends. Just you, explaining money the way you already do every day.

What do I actually get each month?

20 videos, 10 images, your ads managed and tested weekly, a landing page and booking system, and a monthly report that takes five minutes to read.

Do you handle compliance?

Yes. Broker content passes a compliance check before anything is published, including the comparison-rate rule when rates are mentioned. For accountants we keep advice general and add the right disclaimers — and you approve everything before it goes live.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every video, script and ad we make is yours. If you ever leave, it all goes with you.

Do I get to approve things before they go out?

Yes. You see everything before it's published, and nothing goes live without your tick.

Where does the content go?

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for organic content; your ads run on Facebook and Instagram. If your clients live on LinkedIn, we cut versions for that too.

How much do I need to spend on ads?

That's separate from our fee and paid straight to the platforms — never marked up. We'll recommend a starting budget on the call, based on your patch and your goals.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly fee — we’ll give you the exact number on the call, and founding clients get it locked below standard for six months. Your ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and never marked up. Three-month minimum, then monthly.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Three months to start — month one is build, month two is testing, month three is scaling. After that it's month to month.

How is this different from hiring a videographer?

A videographer hands you footage. We run the whole machine — strategy, scripts, filming direction, editing, ads, tracking, refining — one team, measured on appointments booked.

Have you actually done this yourselves?

Yes — Loud Neighbour’s method is the engine we built for our own buyers agency after $200k of doing it wrong. The story section above is our account history, not a stock photo.

How fast do results come?

Month one is build and baseline, month two is testing, month three is scaling what works. We sell a 90-day arc, not overnight miracles — anyone promising those is selling you the same recycled leads as everyone else.

Your street's too quiet.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We look at what you're doing now and tell you straight what one hour a month would do for you.
