This policy explains how Joshua Joseph Meli trading as Loud Neighbour (ABN 64 165 662 592) (“we”, “us”) handles personal information, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you fill in a form on this site (such as your name, email address, business type, whether you're running ads, and your goals), book a call, or correspond with us.
- Client information — if you become a client: business details, billing details, and the account access needed to deliver our services.
- Technical information — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver anything you've requested (like your free audit).
- To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
- To send you relevant updates and marketing — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying to tell us to stop.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and share personal information with them only as needed to do so. These currently include website hosting and forms (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), customer relationship management and marketing (HighLevel), payments (Stripe), accounting (Xero), and advertising platforms (such as Meta). Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing josh@loudneighbour.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
